Degree Wellness Farmington Valley Self-Care Sampler Giveaway
This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Degree Wellness CT Corp, doing business as Degree Wellness Farmington Valley, with offices at 60 Market St. STE 130, Avon, CT 06001 ("Sponsor").
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins on May 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the entry form at trydwfv.info with the required information: first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same person, household, email, or phone number will be disqualified.
Free method of entry: No purchase, payment, or consideration of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Participation in any marketing communications is not required and will not improve your chances of winning.
One (1) winner will receive a "Self-Care Sampler" consisting of three (3) services of the winner's choice from the following Degree Wellness Farmington Valley menu: Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Contrast Therapy, Compression Massage, Red Light Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, and Light Facial.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $150 USD. Actual value may vary based on services selected.
Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Prize must be redeemed at the Degree Wellness Farmington Valley studio within sixty (60) days of the studio's grand opening. Unused services expire and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 7, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.
The winner will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided on the entry form. The winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Promotion, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use the entrant's name, likeness, voice, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if any factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used by Sponsor and its service providers to administer the Promotion and to contact the entrant about Sponsor's products and services, including Founding Member offers and studio updates. By submitting the entry form, you consent to such communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to text messages or clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.
By providing a mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sponsor at the number provided, including about this Promotion and Founding Member offers. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
